We have been commissioned to create several case videos for CSS customer mailings.
New customers are a particularly at-risk group for churn. CSS wants to approach them with genuine appreciation to help increase customer loyalty. An attention-grabbing 3D mailing with a practical and sustainable gift — notably without any insurance content — communicates this appreciation in a friendly and credible manner. And it has been very successful, with a recall rate of 84% and a significant retention effect of 16%.
